More good news ...

There has been another major development in our quest to restore the Historic Rotunda.  We are thrilled to announce that we have received a grant from the Kew East Community Bank - Bendigo Bank for which we are extremely appreciative.  Their very generous donation of $12,600 will mean that it is full steam ahead for the restoration.  So thanks to Rod and all at Kew East Community Bank - Bendigo Bank for their support.

We are also excited to advise that the cemetery trust have received a revised quote for the repairs and plans are in place for the work to commence in the near future.  We will keep you up to date with the the progress.

Exciting News - Grant for Rotunda

We recently received some wonderful news from the Minister for Planning, Mr Matthew Guy.  Our application for a Heritage Grant was approved and our appeal to have the Historic Rotunda restored received a significant injection of funds.  


Whilst our own appeal had been moderately successful, this grant has ensured that the Rotunda will be restored to its formerly glory sooner rather than later.
