Job Well Done ..

The long-awaited unveiling of the historic Rotunda took place on Tuesday, 28^th May.  The Chair of the Trustees, Judith Voce, welcomed distinguished guests which included former MP Andrew McIntosh, former Chairman Charles Harkin and Boroondara Mayor Cr Jack Wegman.

Mr Rod Albury  from the Bendigo Bank was also in attendance – Bendigo Bank was one of the major donors to this project.

Many FOBKC members attended and even the restorers were there, obviously very proud of their work.

Former President of the FOBKC, Tanya Warms, was thanked for her contribution to the group over her many years of involvement and was presented with a lovely bunch of flowers.

You can just see inside there was a lovely spread of champagne, wines and beautiful finger food for all to partake - thanks Jenny (that's her, just in camera view above) and Lucy.

FOBKC is very proud of their role in the restoration of this beautiful rotunda.
